Polymer Clay Accessory Care

Polymer Clay is durable and lightweight but should be handled with care. Store your earrings in a safe dry place to avoid scratches (we are particularly fond of our Earring Stands!)

Remove pieces before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping. Avoid contact with lotions or perfumes.

To clean, gently rub with a baby wipe or use a cotton swab with acetone to carefully wipe the surface.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, returns & exchanges are not accepted.

Please note all items are handmade and may have small imperfections (such as minor air bubbles or other small marks that do not affect earring durability or function) and/or variance in colour from what appears on screen. Returns will not be accepted due to small imperfections as these.

If your items arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase you will be offered a repair or replacement at the discretion of the owner. Please email alabasterandivy@gmail.com or submit an inquiry through our website to begin the repair process. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise. Any items marked as “pre-order” are considered made to order and may take up to 10 business days to ship. Alabaster and Ivy is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped through Canada Post and refunds will not be given for lost packages. Items are sent via untracked letter mail unless expedited shipping is chosen. Please note that Alabaster and Ivy is also not responsible for unforeseeable shipping delays, and while we do our best to ensure a timely delivery, dates cannot be guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties charged by your country upon delivery.
